TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service

The terms for the Local Growth System subscription and the other services Lever Launch LLC provides. Written in plain language on purpose.

Last updated: September 13, 2026

1. Who this agreement is between

These Terms are between Lever Launch LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Lever Launch," "I," "me"), and you, the business that purchases a subscription or service ("you," "your"). By paying for a subscription, submitting a signed proposal, or using a service I provide, you agree to these Terms. Custom projects — GoHighLevel CRM builds, engineering software, and other quoted work — are governed first by their written Statement of Work; these Terms fill in anything the SOW doesn't cover. Use of software I build or operate is also governed by the End User License Agreement. Your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

2. The Local Growth System — what's included

The Local Growth System is a monthly subscription that includes: (a) a website for your business, designed and built by me, hosted and maintained for as long as you subscribe, with reasonable ongoing edits (hours, services, photos, promotions); (b) missed-call text-back — an automatic text message sent to callers you don't answer, from a business phone number provisioned for you; (c) automatic Google review requests sent to your customers after a job; (d) connection of your Google Business Profile to the site; and (e) an initial SEO audit and setup. Larger additions — new automations, additional locations, significant redesigns, advertising management — are quoted separately.

3. Billing, term, and cancellation

Price. $297 per month, billed in advance on the same day each month to the payment method you provide, processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax, if any, will be added where I'm required to collect it.

Term. Month to month. There is no minimum term and no setup fee unless a quote says otherwise.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time by emailing brady.hales@leverlaunch.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for; the automations and hosting stay on until then. I don't prorate or refund partial months, and I don't charge cancellation fees.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, I'll notify you and retry. If it isn't resolved within 14 days, I may pause the automations and take the site offline until the balance is settled.

Price changes. I'll give at least 30 days' written notice before any change to your monthly price. You can cancel before it takes effect.

4. Onboarding and what I need from you

To build and run the system I'll need, in reasonable time: your business details and content (services, service area, hours, photos, logo), manager access to your Google Business Profile, and access to your domain registrar if you already own a domain. Delays in providing these delay the launch. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you give me, and for having the rights to any photos, logos, or text you provide.

5. Messaging sent on your behalf

Missed-call text-back and review requests are sent to your callers and customers on your behalf, from a number provisioned for your business. You're the sender for legal purposes. I configure the messages to include a way to opt out and I honor opt-outs automatically, but you're responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business's communications (including the TCPA and state equivalents) and for only asking me to message people who have contacted you or done business with you. I'll never send marketing blasts from your number without your written instruction.

6. Ownership

Yours: your business name, logo, photos, written content, customer data, reviews, phone number (including any number you port in), and your domain name — which stays registered in your name, or in your name at your direction if I help you register one.

Mine: the website's design system, templates, code, and the automation configurations, which I reuse across clients. While you subscribe, you have a license to use them as part of your site and system.

If you cancel: on request within 30 days of cancellation, I'll export your content (text, images, and a static copy of your pages) and point you to where it lives, and I'll help you move your domain and Google Business Profile connection. Hosting ends at the end of your paid period; after that the site is taken offline. Automations stop at the same time.

7. Third-party services

The system depends on services I don't control — Google, Stripe, telephony carriers, hosting providers, and the CRM platform the automations run on. I'll do my best to keep everything running, but I can't guarantee those services' availability, pricing, or policies, and I'm not responsible for outages or changes on their side. Carrier rules for business texting (including registration requirements) may require information from you; I'll walk you through it.

8. Acceptable use

You won't use the site or messaging system for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harassing, or to send messages to people who haven't contacted your business. I can suspend service if I reasonably believe the system is being misused, and I'll tell you why.

9. Results

I build systems that recover missed calls and make it easy for happy customers to leave reviews. I don't guarantee a specific number of calls, leads, reviews, rankings, or revenue — those depend on your market, your work, and factors outside the system.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lever Launch disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. My total liability for anything arising out of these Terms or the services is limited to the fees you paid me in the three months before the claim. Where a signed SOW says otherwise, the SOW controls.

11. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform under these Terms, except for information that's public, independently developed, or legally required to be disclosed.

12. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. I'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes affecting active subscribers, email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to subscribe after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If we have a dispute, we'll each try to resolve it directly first; anything that can't be resolved that way will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
