Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Lever Launch LLC ("Lever Launch," "we," "us") provides websites and CRM automation for local businesses, GoHighLevel CRM setup, AI automation, and custom engineering software. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website and the software and integrations we build and operate for our clients. Questions: brady.hales@leverlaunch.com.

2. Information we collect

From website visitors. Contact details you submit through our forms (name, business name, email, phone, website address, and your message), the results of the free website audit if you run one, and standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) used to operate and secure the site. Form submissions are delivered to our customer relationship management system so we can follow up.

From clients and the systems we build. To deliver our services, we configure and operate software that may process data on a client's behalf — for example, customer records, account or invoice information, and call recordings or transcripts. We access this data only as needed to build, operate, and support the agreed solution.

From connected services. When you authorize our application to connect to a third-party service (for example, an accounting platform such as Intuit QuickBooks, a Google Business Profile, or telephony and voice providers), we access only the data necessary to perform the functions you have authorized, using that service's standard, revocable authorization (OAuth). We do not store the credentials for those services in plain text.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide, operate, secure, and support our services; to respond to your enquiries and communicate with clients; and to comply with our legal obligations. If you submit a form, we may contact you by email or text about your request. We process data accessed from connected services solely to perform the functions the client has authorized, and on the client's documented instructions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers and platforms necessary to deliver the solution (for example, our CRM, telephony, voice/AI, automation, hosting, and accounting platforms), each under their own data-protection terms; when required by law; or with a client's direction regarding their own data. Where we process personal data on a client's behalf, we do so under a written data processing agreement.

5. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk — including encryption in transit, least-privilege and revocable access, secrets stored in a dedicated secrets manager (never in plain text or source code), multi-factor authentication on our own access, and access logging. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

6. Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the services or as required by law. Data we process on a client's behalf is retained per our agreement with that client and is deleted or returned at the end of the engagement, except where retention is legally required.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Where we process data on a client's behalf (as a service provider/processor), please direct such requests to that client; we will assist them in responding. You can revoke an application's access to a connected service at any time from within that service.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected here.
